Every now and
again I get a little ambitious and decide to do an involved project. Well,
I had a spare weekend so I decided to rip apart my interior so that I
could route a CB cable under the carpet, lay wiring for my remote fuse
box, and properly clean my carpet. When I had everything apart I found
the common rust just above the catalytic converter. I cleaned it up, repaired
the area, and sprayed a few coats of rubberized undercoating down before
putting the carpet back in.
